Excellent service I was initially not sure what I was looking for. I was shown some different models and left with a “no pressure, I’ll follow up if we see something that fits what you’re looking for.” I wasn’t pressured into buying something out of my price range and felt I was heard by the gentleman I worked with (Pete Balderas). He was patient and let me test drive some different options to find a good fit for what I needed. In the end, I’m very satisfied with my CR-V. It’s in great condition and I felt like I was treated fairly throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend! More

When it looked like the Mfg process was going to be delayed he was able to work through the details of finding me the car in the area.
