I will never go back to Honda of Fishers for any kind of service or to purchase another vehicle. My family purchased a Pilot last July that had some bodywork damage on it. We waited for almost 3 weeeks to h service or to purchase another vehicle. My family purchased a Pilot last July that had some bodywork damage on it. We waited for almost 3 weeeks to have the work done and when I went to pick up the car there was still a dent in the truck. Doniesa, the lady who sold me the car, and I spoke with the sales manager and they said because of Covid it would be weeks before the car was done and they advised that I would need to wait until Covid was over before I could get it repaired. I unfortunately believed them. I reached out a few weeks ago to get the car fixed, it looks along time to hear back from Doniesa and when I did she told me that all repairs had to be done WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASED. Which was the opposite of what I. was told when i purchased the car. I have written her back, but it's been 5 days and I still have not heard from her and I am assuming I never will. Very disappointed. I have owned a Honda since I graduated from college and probably always will, Ill never purchase from this dealership again. More

Just purchased a 2013 Honda CRV, we have a 97 CRV 275,000 miles, it has been our most dependable vehicle ever so we wanted another one!
