It had been 12 years since we last bought from a dealership, and we were grateful that no one was pushy. The only glitch was returning to the dealership for a second trip because one of the cars we wanted to see and test drive as listed on the website was not on the lot the day we first came. Ira was diligent in communicating with us and holding the car for us for 5 days so we had a chance to look at and drive it. That was the car we bought!
