I was able to contact Mr. Norman by email and carry on our negotiating transactions in a seamless and professional manner. I let him know exactly what I was interested in, and he, in turn, immediately responded with his best offer. That offer compared favorably with all the others I had explored, and we were able to agree on a mutually satisfactory deal in a civil and respectful manner. There was no hassle or needless back-and-forth before we were able to come to a deal, thus avoiding all the haggling that so typically accompanies transactions of this type. Mr. Norman was very helpful during the entire process, and his professional manner and knowledge gave testimony to the many years of experience he brings to the table.He's a pro in every sense of the word, and I would feel comfortable recommending him to any of my colleagues in search of a new vehicle. Car was worked on Took my car in to be worked on for brakes after a week they called me it was done. Paid went to my car my windshield was cracked and they knew but they waited until I noticed it, and it took 2 hours of yelling to get it worked out, I was going to buy a new car from them, the manager never called me , the staff and all treated me pretty bad, don't trust these people, after 3 mo. Treated very well every time I go here! I have bought two vehicles here (well, at Honda West, before they moved here) and am always treated well when I come in. It doesn't matter if it's because I'm looking on the lot, getting service or a repair, or whatever the reason, I am greeted by friendly employees, be they sales or service. I have had to get s few repairs here & they have always been helpful in trying to figure out a way for it to be less costly. I would say that they treat me like a friend or even family. I have referred several people here & of the ones who actually come in, they are all very pleased with the way they are treated & the prices. I plan to buy my future vehicles here & this is where I bring my CRV for service. More
Shady Service Department I took my 2008 Pilot to Honda of Fishers for the first time to have routine maintenance at approximately 100,000 moles and to have some air conditioni I took my 2008 Pilot to Honda of Fishers for the first time to have routine maintenance at approximately 100,000 moles and to have some air conditioning problems diagnosed. They quoted me $2000 to install a new compressor. This is a part that can be purchased at any parts store for $350-$400. It only gets worse from there. I drove the car away and four days later a transmission coolant line came loose from the radiator, drained all of the fluid from my transmission and left my Pilot immobile. I had it towed back to the dealership for $100 at which point Honda of Fishers claimed the fitting had "Blown" and that it was nothing they had done just four days prior. This is a vehicle that had never had any mechanical issues in 8 years (aside fron some a/c problems). I am supposed to believe that 4 days after a routine transmission service a fitting comes loose and it has nothing to do with the service. Next, they told me it would be $800 to replace the radiator because transmission fluid had sprayed into it. There was no way I was paying them $800 to fix a problem they created so I payed another 100 to tow my Pilot to a different garage where inspection of the fitting confirmed that it had not "blown" as they had claimed. Everything was still in tact, including the threads. It had simply been left loose and worked it's way off. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND NEVER LET THEM TOUCH A VEHICLE THAT YOU ALREADY OWN. More
