The sales rep Brian was very low presses (appreciated) and knew his vehicles even though the one I purchased was NOT a Honda. Finance was another story. The finance person AJ complained that he wasn't mak and knew his vehicles even though the one I purchased was NOT a Honda. Finance was another story. We drove over from the east c Honda of Fort Myers we had an amazing experience. Susan kept us informed and stayed in contact every step of the way. We drove over from the east coast of FL to purchase our vehicle. She passed the torch to Frank since she was not going to be there when we arrived. Frank had everything ready for us when we arrived. The truck was stationed up front, we test drove it, signed the paperwork, went to finance and was out in 1 1/2 hours. Dave in finance was straight forward, honest and understanding of our purchasing instructions (our business was purchasing the vehicle). I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at Honda of Fort Myers, the are professional and communicate on every level... happy customers! More
