The salesman Chris Judge was great, going above and beyond to get me the information I needed and enable the sale since I was flying in from TN. However, it’s more than frustrating when you travel and beyond to get me the information I needed and enable the sale since I was flying in from TN. However, it’s more than frustrating when you travel and find out that the additional fees getting added in were NOT the ones provided to my salesman or to me before I left. I will give Dan and the finance department the benefit of the doubt since he apologized and insisted he was not trying to scam me, but despite saying “I only want the loan, no extras” I got to a page in the signature process that showed the cost breakdown, and over $4k in added items were listed. I was willing to put up with the sketchy “lifetime tint and nitrogen” fee and knew about that and the dealer fee before traveling, but these were $4k in addition. The car price was also very good, so I was ok with finding small cosmetic surprises with the car that Chris didn’t notice and I couldn’t see in photos (for example, there ended up being just 1 key, no floor mats and a broken seat panel). But $1,700 in some paint protection, $1000 in GAP insurance and $1300 for Value Shield did NOT adhere to my agreement of “just the loan.” Coincidentally (I was told), another piece of paper was set on top during the signing process which covered up the side of the document with the loan and fees breakdown, twice. Thankfully I kept moving the paper aside and discovered the fees that were added on and a supervisor took over for Dan when he could tell I was feeling scammed. They admitted the paint protection was not listed on the fees for the car, but they usually “put that on all the cars.” So, I still was only able to get rid of the paint protection OR the GAP and ValueShield fees. I chose the latter since it can be refunded and pro-rated. After being told he “didn’t know” the interest rate early in the paperwork process, he never mentioned it and I had to ask the supervisor. 4.99% with credit rating around 800. Bottom line, salesman Chris was awesome, car price was great, yet I left feeling like I had almost been taken advantage of. If you’re at a disadvantage like I was since I had traveled so far, get the fees in writing beforehand so their mistake doesn’t mean your extra cost. Would I go back? Given some time for my frustration to die down, the right price, and armed with some better knowledge, there’s a chance. More

Worst buying experience ever! Only gave stars hoping people would see this review. Run away from this dealership. Paris in finance is a horrible scammer. Bait and switch in paperwork. It allows him to add in paperwork for service and mechanical plans you didn't want or agree to. He will give you a flash drive hoping you don't look at it. He waited 19 days to send loan info to lender. Payoffs expired and 36 days after purchase trade vehicle is still not paid off. I witnessed others with the same issue. More
