For example, $600 Honda sedan floor mats that do not fit your Ford SUV which they will not omit from the contract because admittedly that is how they make their money. The financial representative plays games also. And selling a vehicle with no gas is just bad business. Would not recommend this dealership. More

I left without being pressured to buy, and because he was so chill, go with the flow, and relaxed about it I came back the next day and bought the car. He ensured I got everything I needed and more. I was happy with Robert but not the other people who tried to make me spend more than I could afford. I said SEVERAL time what my budget was and when I finally said no, I can’t come up on price, I than tried to make me spend more than I could afford. Next thing I know, the are knocking on my car window and said they will match my budget, but continued to say that they were losing money by coming down to my price. REALLY!? That’s kind of business is harassing. I love my civic, did not like the accord at all. More

Told no prepayment penalty, until we finished signing documents. Key documents not pointed out during signing - financials page should have been no add-ons, total being financed less than 40k - it was wa documents. We both have had credit ratings in the 830s yet we are being stuck with a 6 year loan. Trey greatly mis-led us. Will not have my care ever serviced here. Only satisfaction I have gotten is I have steered to families away from your dealership. I guarantee nobody follows up on this. More
