Don't be fooled by that part. They surprised me when I saw the difference because for a car worth $15,423 with their adds they were charging me $21,890. Absolutely phenomenal experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I could tell that the staff here wanted to help me. Not sell me on something just to get a sale. Not slip things in without saying anything to try to take advantage and build the ticket. They wanted to help. They communicated clearly and were fully transparent throughout the process. Without getting into too much detail, I could tell that everyone I worked with from the sales rep Edens to the finance manager Orlando did absolutely everything in their power to get me into not just any car, but the *right* car. Even the finance director stepped in to help. I mentioned transparency before - I can state definitively that they practically bent over backwards for me. No, it wasn't a show. I've made a career working in sales and customer service. These folks are genuine. I can't even remember the director's name because of how late they stayed to make this happen. I really couldn't be more grateful. Oh, I had such a great experience that I almost forgot! The prices are on point. Talking about the added fees might make you cringe, but remember: A) They actually tell you about the fees in advance instead of trying to conceal them, and B) The vehicle prices are so low to begin with that it doesn't actually matter; the savings are still there.
