Vehicle was listed as $15,477 online. When it came to numbers, the dealership wanted to charge us $399 for window tinting which they had already performed as part of their staging and not by our request. Refused to negotiate or budge on price and was given an out the door price of over $18,900. They mark prices down to be marked up with a $999 dealer fee and other arbitrary fees. Incredibly dissatisfied with our experience after speaking with the sales advisor and sales manager we tried to work with to no avail. Especially since the sales advisor encouraged us to repair the cracked windshield with our own private vehicle insurance post-purchase of the vehicle. Charge us $399 for window tint that the dealership decided to add, but not repair the windshield crack? We were also informed by the sales manager that they refused to accept drafts from financial institutions/credit unions that do not provide them with a referral fee. Definitely not professional, knowledgeable, or sales oriented staff. More
