Employees were friendly but did not reveal enough to us regarding the stipulations on vehicle accessories, financing or warranty costs. We don’t think 1 key and no owners booklet is very helpful. Yes, this was “as in condition” but a little extra explanation or assistance would have been nice .On the test drive we were led to believe the vehicle had lane change or approaching vehicle warning indicators. It does not. The Garmin does not work. The signal keeps shutting down. Although the financing % turned out ok, we should have been told upfront that outside bank financing wasn’t accepted. (We believe this is poor customer service. The $999 document fee is awful.) Its too soon to know if we are satisfied with the car but it was our choice. Howard Alvarez was as helpful as he was probably allowed to be. The financing experience was confusing. We were worn out from waiting for finance % decision, we just wanted the day to end. We were made to feel welcomed but in hindsight we also feel that “buyer beware” holds true to this experience. More

I had a draft check from my bank (they refused to accept it) but they were able to cut my interest in half through one of their lenders ultimately leading to me fi check from my bank (they refused to accept it) but they were able to cut my interest in half through one of their lenders ultimately leading to me financing through them.
