My hero I was on a trip two hours south of home when my Odyssey broke down. Not knowing what was wrong (ignition coil) or where to go I knew Honda takes care I was on a trip two hours south of home when my Odyssey broke down. Not knowing what was wrong (ignition coil) or where to go I knew Honda takes care of their own. I set up towing and never had to even go to the Honda service center until they fixed the issue the very next day. Rental was offered but not needed. I truly appreciated how I felt cared for. The service advisor even came in on his day off and insured I was good to go. Thank you Honda & Chris Bargnesi! More

Excellent Service Joel my service advisor has been wonderful. He is very personable and friendly and kept me up to date with the status of my car. I took my car in for Joel my service advisor has been wonderful. He is very personable and friendly and kept me up to date with the status of my car. I took my car in for an airbag recall and transmission fluid change. During the courtesy inspection an oil leak was found so they degreased my engine and put a a fluorescent dye in so they could find the leak when I brought it back in around 250 miles. But driving home that night the car started acting up and i had to have it towed back. Joel and Gio found the vtc solonoid need to be cleaned. They took care of it and took it on 4 test drives to make sure it was running good . The service from start to finish was impeccable. I am very happy with my experience. More
