Sales to service was 10 stars. Friendly greeting upon our arrival. 5 minute wait before we were checked in and escorted to waiting area. Excellent though expensive I had extensive maintenance services at 93000 miles. Services seem to be excellent. Service writer was pleasant and helpful. Costs seem high, though I have not directly compared these costs at other local garages. Decided to replace tires at dealer, after 92000 on original, though had perhaps another 10000 miles remaining. Was surprised to find that another model of tire was substituted for the model requested. I was never informed of this by the service writer, either before or after. I chose not to raise objection, as the substituted model may be superior to the requested one. However, I believe I should have been informed. Otherwise, I was happy with my service experience. More
Service time took longer than expected. I planned on 1.5 hrs Service time was longer than expected but the place was comfortable to sit in while waiting. They plan to operate a mini cafe so you can get food etc. That’s what my service guy told me. More

Very professional staff and service was prompt and efficient When I first called the service department I was told to have the vehicle towed in and gave me the number for that service. Then the service advisor called and gave me the information and had everything under control which took away any stress that I might have in this situation. I was not going to have my car back in time we are going through a rough time right now with my husband’s illness and a dealer did not have any loaners available she went above and beyond to make things happen for me even offered to go half on the rental never have I experienced such an excellent service from the service advisor !!!
