Things kind of went set up quite right, and there seem to be a lot of chaos on the sales room floor. I overheard one salesman on the phone with Apple support talking about his ex-wife hacking into his Apple ID account. I overheard another salesman talking over his past weekends exploits. Didn’t seem professional, but also didn’t seem like there was an area where those conversations could happen? I had an appointment to get my car serviced, and still had to wait over 30 minutes before my car got assigned to a tech. More

I was a little nervous because dealers don't have a good reputation. You always hear that they are out there to get you and take your money. After my visit and experience with Erik I felt so comfortable and I can't wait to go for my oil change again. I feel like if I needed to go to the dealership again I can go by myself and know that I will encounter people like Erik. More
