Therefore service that should have taken less than a day took three days. Not because of having to order parts, it was all poor internal communication and the blame shifting/ excuses that was interspersed through the process. Not even the service manager bothered to call me back. Yes, the vehicle was repaired in the end. It was the experience that was beyond. Not what was expected from a dealership. It is difficult to score due to moments of decency. Nobody was flat out rude. I will also add not one person acknowledged when we walked in. We walked by all the service advisers, none had customers in front of them. Many were talking among themselves. It’s that lack of customer service that really sets me off. More
