Friendly Service I went in for an oil change. I had exceptionally friendly service and my service advisor was excellent. My car was washed, but not completely dried of I went in for an oil change. I usually dread taking a vehicle in for service but Joel was an absolute ple I will highly recommend Honda of Fort Myers to my Honda-driving friends! I usually dread taking a vehicle in for service but Joel was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish! He gave me a friendly greeting (come to think of it so did some of the other service advisors even those who weren’t assisting me) and he was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He recommended two recalls and helped me get both of those plus all my original items completed on time. Plus he was really helpful about getting me a ride so I go to work while the service was done. Excellent service The battery of our CRV began acting up, so we took it to our local Honda. The service tech signed us in and agreed to change the oil as well. While w The battery of our CRV began acting up, so we took it to our local Honda. The service tech signed us in and agreed to change the oil as well. While we waited, we strolled the showroom, and so many people came up to ask if we needed anything or would like water or coffee. We were able to enjoy The Blindside, and then our tech found us and let us know our SUV was ready. We're always treated well, and we're looking forward to visiting when the new showroom opens soon.
