Disappointing attitude I had attempted an oil change service here the week before. I was told this takes 90 minutes. I asked why I even made an appointment if it was going I had attempted an oil change service here the week before. I was told this takes 90 minutes. I asked why I even made an appointment if it was going to take that long just for an oil change. This service man stated that is the way it is. I returned the next week after calling to speak to the service dept . The rep on the phone stated the appointment length should be around 45 minutes or less. When arriving I was told again 90 minutes again. The service man then asked rather rudely who I spoke to and that is never the case. Although my oil change was completed within the 45 minutes the rep was less than friendly. I will not be inconveniencing his day again. More

If only I needed a new battery for my Civic. Jack came out to assist me with the check in. If all of your employees could be as amicable as Jack your dealer I needed a new battery for my Civic. He was polite, knowledgeable, and even had a sense of humor. Makes people believe in your service department. More
