My experience I had talked to Ben's partner on the phone and was told the CRV I was interested in was silver. When I got to the dealership Monday it was not silver I had talked to Ben's partner on the phone and was told the CRV I was interested in was silver. When I got to the dealership Monday it was not silver, but white. At first was not interested, but it grew on me. I felt they were a little inflexible in dealing on the price. I was given one price and told no movement. My trade in was at the minimum of Blue book price and the purchase was near the the top. I purchased the vehicle because of the condition and low miles. The Finance guy, a Cuban I don't remember his name. He was more interested in selling me extended warranties. He had me sign the wrong "as is Form" and did not give me the details of the CPO warranty. He did not give me the Carfax report. I went back this morning and talked to JR. He was great. He cleared up everything and gave the proper "as is form". More
