Make sure you check everything before you leave the property Service was in Destin Fla...oil chang a nd service...got back to Ohio and had a puddle of oil on garage floor...took it to local Honda dealer and they Service was in Destin Fla...oil chang a nd service...got back to Ohio and had a puddle of oil on garage floor...took it to local Honda dealer and they asked who changed my oil...Destin, Fla...dealer did not tighten oil plug after change...could have been a disaster....Just came FROM Ft Myers, Fla dealer..had eng light on...fuel system overflow filter no good...full change...went to pick it up and got in and started the vehicle...eng light still on...took it back..found a couple not set...where is the check list...they never checked to see if eng light was off...no one seems to care about a final quality check ....?????????? More

Poor customer service Recently I brought my car in to have an oil change done. Due to my busy schedule, I booked an appointment a week in advance. When I arrived at the s Recently I brought my car in to have an oil change done. Due to my busy schedule, I booked an appointment a week in advance. When I arrived at the service center I was overlooked by two service advisors. I even tried to call to both of them but they took the people behind me instead. Twenty minutes later, I was finally approached by somebody he told me it would be an hour and a half this was contrary to what I was told on the phone That it will be an hour or less. When I informed him of this he said it always takes longer than an hour. He went on further to say that they were very busy due to walk-ins which they take even before scheduled appointments. When I expressed my dissatisfaction over the long wait he told me to just relax and go have a seat in the lounge! I have a been a manager in customer service for twenty years. If these were my employees I would require mandatory retraining in customer service. In short, I would not recommend your services to anyone. This is a very disappointing situation as I purchased my car from this dealer and wanted to support this local business. More
