While we waited, we strolled the showroom, and so many people came up to ask if we needed anything or would like water or coffee. We were able to enjoy The Blindside, and then our tech found us and let us know our SUV was ready. We're always treated well, and we're looking forward to visiting when the new showroom opens soon. Forgot stuff My oil change coupon said $9 but apparently it was $18 and there was no writing on the actual coupon that said that. My plastic latch holder for my hood prop Rod broke and my prop Rod went into my fan blades and was making lots of noise and possibly ruining stuff I had it duct-taped on there and they did not even mention it. Locating the parts department was difficult but even the guy washing cars could point me in the right direction Mike Guzman was very helpful in locating the parts and ordering them. I had to come back the next day for installation and another charge but I’m the end I am satisfied with with the parts and work done. More
