Not a great experience I purchased a vehicle and I was asked to come back to fill out the gas, the person who drove the car hit it in the front. Last time bringing my vehicle here I brought my vehicle in for a brake job. I notified a service rep at the beginning of the month and she told me that they were running a special for I brought my vehicle in for a brake job. I notified a service rep at the beginning of the month and she told me that they were running a special for two 219.95 for front and rear brakes including resurfacing. When I got to the dealership they checked the vehicle and they told me it was two 219.95 per axle. That is not what the lady told me nor is that what your coupon read. I later called and left a message with yours Service manager who has yet called me back. this will be the last time I bring my vehicle to you for service or the last vehicle I buy from you. More

TERRIBLE. MY EXPERIENCE WITH HONDA WAS PRETTY TERRIBLE TO SAY THE LEAST. I DROPPED MY CAR OF FOR A KEY REPLACEMENT. I TOLD THEM MY WARRANTY WAS THROUGH ANOTHER MY EXPERIENCE WITH HONDA WAS PRETTY TERRIBLE TO SAY THE LEAST. I DROPPED MY CAR OF FOR A KEY REPLACEMENT. I TOLD THEM MY WARRANTY WAS THROUGH ANOTHER DEALER AND I OFFERED THEM A COPY OF THE FORM BUT THEY DENIED IT. AFTER SEVERAL HOURS LATER I RECIEVE A MESSAGE FROM MY ADVISOR THAT MY WARRANTY DOESNT COVER IT. AFTER COMMUNICATING BACK AND FORTH FOR AN HOUR AND SENDING THEM A PICTURE OF MY WARRANTY COVERAGE, THEY THEN TELL ME IT STILL ISNT COVERED. SO I LEFT MY JOB TO PICK UP MY CAR AND GO THROUGH MY DEALER THAT I WORK FOR TO GET MY KEY REPLACED. TOOK 2 DAYS FOR TWO KEY REPLACEMENTS. IF THST WASNT BOTHERSOME ENOUGH, MY ADVISER DECIDED TO REACH OUT TO A COWORKER AND MESSAGE THEM ABOUT MY VEHICLE WHICH WAS UNPROFESSIONAL! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND HONDA TO ANYONE. I WORK FOR A DEALERSHIP MYSE;F AND I KNOW HOW THIS STUFF WORKS AND WHAT I EXPERIENCED WAS UNACCEPTABLE. More

Weird I pulled into the service area sometime after 1:30. A young woman spoke to me and filled the washer fluid. I noted the time was 1:45.
