Vehicle maintenance service visit. Hmmm. At the end of service I’m asked to sign documents with tons of small writing: asking me to waive liability of work done and such, yet I’m rushed when reading. Only to come across an area asking me to sign stating I didn’t request a written estimate. Had I even known I could get one before work was completed, I would have. All in all, I will be having my personal mechanic work on the vehicle, I do not appreciate slyness. Not stating it was intentional, it’s just no secret that dealership maintenance is very expensive, but I feel the experience and work done is not worth the price. Lastly, I received a text stating my car was “in the wash,” yet when I received it, it wasn’t washed or vacuumed at all. If you tell someone their car is in the wash, it would probably be a good thing to make sure it actually got cleaned. I am disappointed with the service. Compared to Val Ward’s Service department, this experience was sub-par, work was extremely over priced, and I will going to my local mechanic from this point on. More

Myers Honda to look for a new car. Was greeted by a friendly Kyle Howard who helped me in test driving a new Accord and CRV. Test drove both and looked over each. Mr. Howard answered all of my questions and was knowledgeable about each vehicle. I decided on the Accord. He let me know the trade in value for the car I had, which was fair. Then test drove the particular Accord I picked out. The whole experience was great with Mr. Howard. The only negative was the over one hour wait for the financial person to see me (don’t remember his name). More

When I Had very stressful afternoon when my tire pressure light came on and realized I had a flat tire, and all I wanted to do was go home and relax. When I got to the dealership to deal with this issue, Corina was the first person to help me after waiting for 15 mins and seeing a couple of the other gentleman that work at the service station walking by and not assisting. She was very helpful on explaining what the possibilities of my tire becoming flat. After the work was complete she was very informative with the paper work and made sure she helped me what preventative measures I should take on my car. Corina was the best! More

This should have been an easy, in I could not be less satisfied with my experience. I was looking at a 2017 Civic. Had my own financing and no trade. This should have been an easy, in and out sale. The rear passenger door had pronounced rippled metal and a 3” x 18” series of scratches that some inexperienced person with a buffer tried to remove. In doing so, they buffed the clear coat off in an area and left the buffing compound running down underneath the door. The salesman tried to say “someone bumped it with their knee.” xxxx of a knee to do that kind of damage. This damage was not on the Car-Fax. When I was leaving the dealership to go test drive another vehicle, the salesman Ben thought it was wise to talk condecendingly to me. I am not sure if he felt that was ok because I was a woman or if he is just naturally obnoxious. After that test drive, I ended up coming back to Honda because of their reputation but asked to deal with another salesman. Despite my request I still ended up having to deal with Ben occasionally. I told the salesmen, I would only purchase the vehicle if the damaged door was fixed. He agreed and drew up paperwork regarding the back door being repaired. After over a month of back and forth (some my fault), we finally agreed upon a time to get it fixed. The next day they called to say it was done. I went to pick it up and the door still looked rippled with missing clear coat and scratches. The ripples weren’t as pronounced but they were still VERY noticable. I went to service but was referred back to Ben. I left word that I was there waiting on him but he never came. I finally left probably 20 minutes later and texted him that the door wasn’t fixed and I left the car again. A couple of days later, the sales manager Dave Thomas calls to tell me that I wasn’t “promised” the door would be fixed “perfectly”. Apparently they speak in semantics and you need to itemize your intended repairs with grave detailsz He claims this is the best the door could be fixed. He says the only thing that could be done would be using Bondo and then repainting but the paint probably would not match and it still wouldn’t look perfect. 🤨Really? I feel like he was trying to insult my intelligence thinking that because I am a woman, I am stupid enough to think that what he’s saying is true. He follows up with telling me that he will talk to his boss. A week later and after I leave 3 messages, Dave Thomas finally called me back. I was told that they will not fix the door any more than it is now. If I want, I can come and sit down with the general manager and the sales guy and talk about it. What exactly would we be talking about? There is nothing to talk about. Do what you said you would do. I bought a Honda from a Honda dealership because I felt that the I could trust them to not take advantage of me. I am not an equal-rights, boo-hoo type of girl but the truth is, when dealing with vehicle sales and service, it’s still a mans world. I am an educated xxxxxxx girl and my daddy raised me to not to not take 🤬 from anyone. I spent a decent amount of time turning wrenches and doing frame up restores with my daddy. I find it appalling in 2019 that a brand like Honda is ok with this type of representation. My car has been at the dealership for 2 weeks now and is still not repaired. Shame on me. I read the reviews prior to the purchase and I tried to justify why the complainer was upset. At this point, it’s my own fault that I purchased from here after that. I won’t make that mistake twice and I cannot warn you enough. Shop elsewhere! More
