Terrible Experience After already having a horrible day due to our Honda CRV’s transmission blowing out for the 2nd time, we came to find out Honda couldn’t do anything o After already having a horrible day due to our Honda CRV’s transmission blowing out for the 2nd time, we came to find out Honda couldn’t do anything other than releasing us from our Lease. We were told by our salesman Colt, that he would be able to bring our monthly payment down $120. When it came time to sit down, he gave us a price that was MORE than our current monthly payment. After telling him it was way out of our budget, he continued to pressure us into a payment well out of our range. We reluctantly signed the paperwork because we needed a vehicle. We even asked if there was a “grace period” to return the car. We were told “I believe it’s 3 days”. We weren’t happy with our new vehicle and decided to return the car the next day. We were given a hard time and told there was no “grace period”. If the salesman wasn’t sure about the “grace period“ time frame, he should have asked someone in management. If we had known we couldn’t bring the car back, we wouldn’t have even driven off the lot. We asked to have our old car back even though it had defects. We were treated so rudely by the Floor Sales Manager. At this time, I cannot recall his name but He was extremely arrogant, Dismissive, and unprofessional. He made smart remarks and made a scene on the showroom floor. The level of unprofessionalism by someone in upper management was disgraceful. You would think he would ease our minds after already having defective Honda. We could have taken our business to another dealership where we would feel more safe driving, but we didn’t. After this horrible experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere once our new lease is up. On a better note, Luis in finance is Wonderful! Very professional and personable. We enjoyed our interaction with him greatly. More
