The salesman made him an offer he couldn’t refuse to trade the car in for a new 2019 Honda Accord lease. The payments were less to lease a new vehicle rather than buy the older one. We felt the staff was friendly, professional and honest. They didn’t have an agenda to sell more than necessary, which we encountered with other dealerships. They made it an easy transition. More

Nearly 3 hours for essentially an oil change Because I bought my 2018 Pilot at Honda of Fort Myers, as well as the service contract, I have made appointments each time I need the regular maintena Because I bought my 2018 Pilot at Honda of Fort Myers, as well as the service contract, I have made appointments each time I need the regular maintenance. I arrived 5 minutes early for my 2pm appointment and told the service agent that I would be waiting at the dealership. Two hours later, I went to check on my vehicle. No one offered to help and the agent who took my car was not available. 2 1/2 hours later, I text messaged the agent, but received no reply. 2 hours and 45 minutes later, I went to the service desk and asked the nearest agent about my vehicle. She found the papers which said I had not checked in until 2:35! So it took 40 minutes for them to even get my vehicle checked in! The second agent said that the service was finished and the Pilot was in line to be washed. I said, "I need to go; it doesn't need to be washed because it's raining. When checking out, I had to tell them again that I had the service contract. Essentially the entire afternoon was spent waiting on service that should have been completed in an hour. More

He further made it a personal experience as he took a few minutes to chat with me. Neremie ended my service experience by pulling my car up in an area that I could easily leave and be on my way.
