Defects not covered under warranty Defects in the paint on the hood that was replaced and repainted by them and reoccurring problems with the brake rotors causing vibration will not be Defects in the paint on the hood that was replaced and repainted by them and reoccurring problems with the brake rotors causing vibration will not be covered by Honda or this dealership eventhough the vehicle is within the 3yr/36k mile warranty. They claim it to be normal wear and tear items. I am very disappointed in this outcome as this is not normal wear and tear but are in fact defects. Nobody stands behind their products anymore because the quality is now poor, not even Honda. More

We felt the staff was friendly, professional and honest. They didn’t have an agenda to sell more than necessary, which we encountered with other dealerships. They made it an easy transition. More
