Life saver My battery died on I-75 the night before a holiday. I had it towed to the dealer even though I knew they were closed hoping it was a safer place becau My battery died on I-75 the night before a holiday. I had it towed to the dealer even though I knew they were closed hoping it was a safer place because all my windows were open when the battery died. I did not expect the service dept to be opened. Exceeded all my expectations. They called me when they opened the next morning. They replaced the battery and cleaned the corrosion. (5 years on that battery by the way!). They sent an Uber to pick me up and I was on my way by noon, on July 4th!! And I’m from out of state!! Thank you Mr Brooks! More

Rip off I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. I had my car towed in to have a key made as my original key broke. They key was made and supposedl I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. I had my car towed in to have a key made as my original key broke. They key was made and supposedly programmed however it only starts the car. I bright it back and they stated they were unable to make the key work but still charged me 265.00 for a fob key. The key they gave me is a fob key but only starts the car they might as well made me a valet key for 25.00. But they didn’t I tried to call and talk to the manager and left a message however no one had called me back. All I got was a text message. This is absolute bs. Rick More
