Excellent My honda was not starting so I first took it to firestone where they couldn't find any issue and I was still charged for the visit. After the lack of My honda was not starting so I first took it to firestone where they couldn't find any issue and I was still charged for the visit. After the lack of experience firestone showed I took it to Honda where they spent time looking for the issue not just hooking it up to a machine. They were able to find a loose cable that only an experienced mechanic could and get it fixed. My car is now working perfectly! The service was wonderful! They also offer lyft services for free so you don't have to wait while they are working. Brandon was who helped me and he was exceptional keeping me updated all along the way. Thank you Honda! More
