Fast and accommodating I went in went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The guy quoted me an hour for it to be done. Not good My husband and I went looking for a newer model vehicle and decided to visit Honda of Fort Myers. I really liked the CRV demo model; however, it was g My husband and I went looking for a newer model vehicle and decided to visit Honda of Fort Myers. I really liked the CRV demo model; however, it was given to us with a bad tire and the TPMS light was on the whole time we had it for use and the air conditioner motor made a horrible sound and caused a vibration on the dash area and whole front end of the vehicle. The salesman stated this was due to leaves being caught up in the motor. So, my first impression of the demo model was that safety was not important to any employee at the dealership, since they failed to inspect the vehicle before loaning it out. As you probably know, on SWFL roadways, there is always some sort of construction project going on and a bad tire is a big deal for many reasons. Despite the specific demo model I drove, I liked the CRV and enjoyed driving it. When I arrived to return it, I was bombarded by three (3) different employees at the dealership about buying...not a good thing. My sales person, Ben, was a "unique character". I found him to have a generally, overall, poor attitude towards me, he was not pleasant, was pushy, and I perceived him to take a grudge and feel personally affected by my initial desire to not want to do business with him. He went inside and next thing you know, another employee comes out and so forth. I see your dealership is branding itself as "The All-New Honda of Fort Myers"......Mr. Ben is not a good ambassador for your brand in my opinion. I did not enjoy my experience with this representative of your company. He exhibited very poor customer service towards myself....not appreciated. I did encounter and had a good experience with Mr. Basem Metwally. He was courteous, friendly and was easy to deal with. He effectively answered all of my questions, without reservation. I had huge problems with Mr. Kevin Bays, one of your F&I Managers. I will go into this, if someone would like to call me. I will be more than happy to elaborate. I do not consider him an asset to your organization after my dealings with this man. Not inpressrd. Not happy. Not inclined to do business here again. I have had one encounter with service already, after my vehicle purchase. I am not happy about the encounter being so quick, because it was avoidable to begin with.
