It took two appointments but the service was impecable. Richard Estes my service agent made the process actually enjoyable. I was givin estimated times of completion & was offered a car or shuttle. Left Hanging on Proper Repair for New Car with < 1,600 miles After 1,600 miles I need a new transmission on a 2019 Honda Pilot. Cannot guarantee they can replace with new transmission. Need to wait a week to see if new or rebuilt transmission comes in. Than they decide what to do. Unacceptable to let me hanging on potential outcome on BRAND NEW CAR. Once they found problem, took 4 hours to fully update. Bad transmission was not Dealers fault. But, I want quicker resolution. Could have removed 2109 transmission from car on lot and installed in my car for good customer service. More

Pricey and slow. Pricey. Could have had same filter replaced for 1/2 price. Waited extra 45 minutes for keys from wash. Daniell was great. The service center and prici Pricey. Took 2 1/2 hours to get 1 cabin filter replaced for $55.00. Part of charge was $20 to inspect filter. Since this resulted in needing a change I feel this was an added unnecessary charge. More
