All involved were very helpful. We bought in 2017 from here when Honda of Ft. Myers was under a different owner and almost didn't return to this store: but we are glad we did. This store is under NEW ownership and the service improved by 200% in our opinion. We recommend this store if you want to shop where your desires are heard. I didn’t even notice time went by that quick because I was watching a movie in the lounge area. I love coming here for service, they let you know what you need to keep your car in top shape and offer coupons and have reasonable prices. More

Service could be better Serviced 2001 CRV and was treated with indifference. Paid $58 for oil change that costs $35 in Honda dealer Cincinnati where I service my other cars. More importantly,they recommended on paper without discussing a length with me a series of repairs that amount to more than $5000 (a lot more than what the car is worth). Definitively something that merits a discussion. Instead the guy sent me home to think about it w/o recommendations to resolve the problem. He even forgot to mentioned whether the car was washed as part of the service. Felt like a second class customer. Really disappointed. More
