Oil change,l& faulty service advise. My reason for dissatisfaction- told a brake fluid change was required.I declined service for lack of time.When I got home,upon review of my service lo My reason for dissatisfaction- told a brake fluid change was required.I declined service for lack of time.When I got home,upon review of my service log, I had this service performed at an independent facility in April of 2018, 4000 miles driven on car since then. Went back to the same facility & had a brake fluid strip test done in front of me. Test results showed fluid in good condition,not contaminated. If I had authorized the service to be done, I would have spent approximately $130 for a service not required. More

Managers Selim and Brian were wonderful in our dealings with them. Selim got us the deal we needed and took care of needed recall service ahead of schedule before we took delivery of our new CRV EX. Kevin in financing had us in and out quickly and easily. I bought my 2005 CRV used from Honda of Ft Myers and it was a great experience too. I've had my car serviced there for years with good experiences. We were thrilled to move from one lease to another with such ease. We only had to turn in our car there at Honda of Fort Myers, turn over the keys and take our new car home. Thank you guys for such a great job! More

I wrote my large paragraph below of the frustration On my Service copy of three pages there are lies written. Totally unprofessional. It states that customer declined service for tire rotation. That is a lie I was never asked by the service rep. I had the tire rotation completed 3 months ago!! So why are they lying that I declined it??? It also states I declined filters again never received a phone call Another lie!! Rep gave me wrong number to Honda assistance when car died n needed tow truck! A 5 hour day of complete aggravation n no one knows what's going on. Poor management. Did they put in a piece of crisp battery cause the warranty is up soon? Is that Honda's policy not neglect a human beings life n be stranded???? I'm disgusted. I have 3 Hondas from this dealership.. Pathetic how a returning customer is treated! In addition, we only own Hondas since 1987.. More
