Intimidating, unorganized I walked in with the intention of trading my vehicle in for a new one that night. My sales guy was less then enthusiastic. I felt like I was getting r I walked in with the intention of trading my vehicle in for a new one that night. My sales guy was less then enthusiastic. I felt like I was getting ripped off during the negotiation process ( I was). I decided to leave and think about it and my sales guy clearly showed that he was upset. I came back the next day to work a deal and my paperwork was messed up. My check deposit was misplaced or lost. After 5 trips I now have my 2019 Honda Pilot. More

Failed battery replacement under warranty experience My 92 year old mother in-law called with what she described as a failed battery. I live 600+ miles away so could not just drop by to help. She was goi My 92 year old mother in-law called with what she described as a failed battery. I live 600+ miles away so could not just drop by to help. She was going to get a neighbor to jump the car and drive it to Walmart for a battery. I reminded her the car was still under warranty and suggested she call the dealer and request a tow to the dealer for replacement. I reminded her that when I last drove the car the oil life was at about 50%. The dealer did well in dispatching a tow. The drive confirmed the battery was faulty, jumped the car and mentioned to let the car run for at least 30 minutes and the battery would be capable of starting the car the next morning for the drive to the dealer. So far, so good. Now the bad part. The dealer replaced the battery, then talked this nice, 92 year old lady into an oil/filter change and tire rotation. Oil, filter, and tire rotation and the bill was 84+ dollars. Just to compare, I own a 2017 Chevrolet. At my dealer the same services, as a package, costs $50. This was the second time this car was taken to Fort Myers Honda. Neither visit was satisfactory to me. Never again. More
