I left there at 1:47pm. Another sales person who was outside at the time was also very surprised he did not meet me/ I even found a key to a vehicle in the parking lot and gave to one of the sales guys and asked for my sales guy and he could not find him. / first time I ever encountered salesman who did not know how to sell..good thing there is no shortage of dealerships on 41 Jose R More

Tech removed the back seat and didn't put it back, a plate under the seat was missing the screws. Car has same problem I brought it in for. Should've noticed if test driven. Since the light is on I have no indication or way of knowing if something is wrong. In a nutshell your service sucks and you need better techs. I will be buying a new car soon, and plan on purchasing a d servicing it in Naples. More
