Disappointed After 5 days without my car, Check Engine light still on after spending almost 2 grand. Tech removed the back seat and didn't put it back, a plate un After 5 days without my car, Check Engine light still on after spending almost 2 grand. Tech removed the back seat and didn't put it back, a plate under the seat was missing the screws. Car has same problem I brought it in for. Should've noticed if test driven. Since the light is on I have no indication or way of knowing if something is wrong. In a nutshell your service sucks and you need better techs. I will be buying a new car soon, and plan on purchasing a d servicing it in Naples. More

Airbag recall They hounded me for months, going as far as coming to my home and leaving hang tags on my doorknob! I finally made an appointment and they came to my place of employment to replace the airbags, which was extremely convenient! The entire process took less than 20 minutes. Very slow Arrived at 12:05. It took until 12:30 for my car to be checked in. Due to a problem with the recall process my car was finally finished at 2:50. I ha Arrived at 12:05. The service rep wanted to get me a Lyft, her out at my daughters school, then call another Lyft to get me back to the dealership. Because my car was finally finished I was able to use my own car & arrived only a few minutes late. I should have been offered a ride or a loaner car for 20 minutes. More
