Horrible communication!!! Before i start this horrible review i would like to say that the only person that deserves recognition and 5 stars is Kim the insurance sales person s Before i start this horrible review i would like to say that the only person that deserves recognition and 5 stars is Kim the insurance sales person she was very caring and attentive! I returned my 2016 Honda Civic and got a 2019 CR-V on April 6th, was told by "Jay" the salesman that they would be taking care of the last payment on the Civic. He asked me to find an address for Honda financial so they can overnight the payment. If they were going to overnight a payment why would my account be charged? Why did i have to find the address when I'm sure they have that address all over the building. On April 8th my account was charged for the last payment, i called Honda Financial and was told that since they still have not received a check from the dealer i could go and ask for a stop on that check so they can rewrite it out to my name, i call the dealer to speak to "Chappi" the finance manager and was told he was "busy" i asked to speak to another manager and was told they were all in a "meeting" so i left a message for Chappi, i never received a call back from him so the next day i call again everyone was "busy" so i decided to drive to the dealer. I get to the dealer and explained what Honda told me to "Chappi" and he said it was impossible they can't do anything until "the month closes" on the 25th of April and the check would be sent to Honda and once Honda receives it they would see an over payment on my account, then Honda would send me a check. On May 1st i call the dealer to speak to "Chappi" i was told he wasn't in, i asked to speak to someone else and was told that everyone was "busy" i explained and she got someone else on the phone, the man was clueless about everything after explaining the situation like 3 times. He said that i would receiving a call back from "Dave" for further details in 30 mins it is now May 13 and still waiting for a call. I call Honda Financial on May 1st and explained to them that i was getting nowhere with the dealer and that i needed my money, she explained to me that she saw an over payment on the account and that on April 23rd a check was sent out to my address and it would take 7-10 business days to arrive. So meaning that "Chappi" lied about a check being sent out after the 25th when their "month closes" because Honda Financial received a check before then and they sent the over payment to me on the 23rd of April. Welp it is now May 13th and i call Honda Financial and apparantly it was the person i spoke to on May 1st by the of name "Patina" and she states that the check was sent to an old address on file, i told her that the first time i called they had the right address on file and she states she was the person i spoke to and we never discussed an address. So i find it very weird that she says we never discussed address, because when you call the Honda Financial line they ask to verify Name, address, and date of birth? I obviously wouldn't give an old address, i live in a totally different county, my new car is registered with the new address? Now she says it would take another 7-10 business days for it to arrive. I find ridiculous that it's been way over a month and i still have not received my money! We spent over 6 hours at the dealer, we watched all the other salespeople bring their customers refreshments we never got offered water from our salesmen "Jay" my fiance ended up getting us coffee and water, after being here for 6 hours we spent maybe 45 mins with Kim the insurance person and she went and got us water the littlest things a very long way! Horrible customer service from the dealer and Honda financial. They literally begged me to leave a good review as i was walking out because that's how they get paid, well maybe if they would have better customer service and better communication i would be writing this long bad review. I am very upset with Honda right now and reconsidering to take my services elsewhere when my new lease is up. More

Great Consumer Friendly Service We stopped in to take a look at a used Honda we saw online. My Mom & I we’re greeted immediately by JACOB who wax friendly & knowledgeable. Good service but long wait Good places to sit, a little food and coffee, but even with an appointment, it took 1-1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.
