Unsatisfied customer. Plus paid a $1000 down payment! We were there for at least 2 hrs., signing & initialing papers while our salesman ran from the desk to the finance mgr. Bought the car. Realized next morning why I didn't get the pymnt I had hoped because I got hosed!! Called the dealership & was so upset I told the finance mgr. I wanted to return the car. Was told I couldn't & was asked what I wanted & I said price lowered to $21500, my $1000 back & I wanted to drop the ins. I signed up for. He said he would check into it. Called me back & said we can't do anything you signed all of the docs. You bet I was upset. Told him I was coming in after work. I did & I spoke with a sales mgr-Robert. Very nice but same result, nothing we can do. I asked him for his last name, he told me & asked why. I told him I am a very dissatisfied customer with legitimate concerns & he said, I have been nothing but nice to you and you're going to file a complaint against me? I said no, not against you but against the way this whole process transpired. He got on his cell phone & placed a call and offered me $500 more for my trade in & said I had to promise not to file a complaint. I asked for 2 more free oil changes as well which I got. Am I satisfied, absolutely not!! I got so taken advantage of, told by 2 mgrs there was nothing they could do for me & until I said "ok, I'm going to call Honda corporate". What a fiasco & I was ripped off to boot!! More
Couldn’t have been better This was my first time in for service since buying my car last fall. My salesman had walked me to the service department and explained the procedure.
