I feel “screwed” by poor financing offered by Honda of FM! I wish we had taken time to get a better finance deal! Too many unexplained add-ons! I could have financed $29,000 much cheaper else where! He listened to my circumstances, my concerns and my needs and helped negotiate and finalize an acceptable payment. He was patient and understanding as I decided which car I wanted and allowed me to take my time. He helped me set up the Blue Tooth option and put in my first two contacts. On my way out, Eduardo assisted me in adjusting the seat and steering wheel for my comfort. He called the insurance company, advised of the changes and obtained my new insurance card. Eduardo ensured every detail of the entire process was taken care of with pleasantness, ease and comfort, and I am very grateful.
