Very slow Arrived at 12:05. It took until 12:30 for my car to be checked in. Due to a problem with the recall process my car was finally finished at 2:50. I ha Arrived at 12:05. The service rep wanted to get me a Lyft, her out at my daughters school, then call another Lyft to get me back to the dealership. Because my car was finally finished I was able to use my own car & arrived only a few minutes late. I should have been offered a ride or a loaner car for 20 minutes. More
