My first oil change As part of the purchase of my 2019 Pilot I was given two complimentary oil changes and inspections (fluid checks, tire pressure, etc). Several days ago I took the Honda in for the first of them. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and efficient. The waiting room was very comfortable and included free coffee, tea, bagels and popcorn. The process is very streamlined and I was out of the shop in less than 45 minutes. Text messages throughout the process kept me informed as to the progress of the service cycle. The service also included a complimentary exterior wash. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. More
