It’s confusing because sometimes maintenance/my maintenance advisor report that I need $700 of work done, but I’ll go back and get one thing done (costing $181 in this case) and they’ll say they did an inspection and everything checked out fine. It makes me wonder if I really need that extra work or not. More

Excellent repair experience The shift knob broke on my crv 2017 It took 1 hour plus they washed my car. It was under warranty which was even better. Not happy I have already submitted this. But I was charged 70.00 dollars more then quoted. I spoke my concerns with danielle Wagner, who charged me 70 dollars f I have already submitted this. I had a issue with my a.c which was covered under warranty and I had my light fixed while in there. I explained that had I known it would cost 70 dollars I would have had you guys wait until I could sit with the vehicle like I do all other times I am getting it serviced. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB since she was unwilling to work with me on that charge. I have paid the invoice in full and I will never have my vehicle serviced there nor buy any new vehicles from you guys in the future. More
