Honda HR-V Sales rep ok. Finance guy far too aggressive on selling extended warranty packages. Refused to take NO for an answer. Received folder with various for Sales rep ok. Upon getting home and reviewing paperwork found no bill of sale and no original window sticker. Called sales rep to obtain did not hear back in 24 hours. Texted rep again. Response was window sticker location unknown would take 2 weeks to get a replacement from Honda. Did not offer to that. Told to go into dealership and see finance rep to get a bill of sale. Unacceptable. More
