Not happy I have already submitted this. But I was charged 70.00 dollars more then quoted. I spoke my concerns with danielle Wagner, who charged me 70 dollars f I have already submitted this. But I was charged 70.00 dollars more then quoted. I spoke my concerns with danielle Wagner, who charged me 70 dollars for 2 10 min phone calls to get instructions on how to remove the interlock. I had a issue with my a.c which was covered under warranty and I had my light fixed while in there. I explained that had I known it would cost 70 dollars I would have had you guys wait until I could sit with the vehicle like I do all other times I am getting it serviced. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB since she was unwilling to work with me on that charge. I have paid the invoice in full and I will never have my vehicle serviced there nor buy any new vehicles from you guys in the future. More
