Seat Belt Warranty I own a 1991 Honda Accord LX and it contains seatbelt that automatically raise. The drivers side seatbelt began to malfunction and wouldn’t work anymo I own a 1991 Honda Accord LX and it contains seatbelt that automatically raise. The drivers side seatbelt began to malfunction and wouldn’t work anymore. I went to this service center as research revealed that Honda has a lifetime warranty on seatbelts from several models. Andrew Jenkins, the service advisor that helped me out got right on the job and took it in under warranty without any issues. Even though they were dealing wth old parts, they were ordered in quickly and the problem was repaired in only a few days. The entire issue was completely covered and I encountered no issues with payment. There was some issue with communication as it was tough to receive a response from time to time through their texting service or via calling the line given to me. They claimed there were issues with the phones. There also seemed to be initial opposition to the warranty when I brought it in, but the service advisor completes asaquete research and took the car in. All in all there were some minor issues but the job got done as it should’ve with no major problems to report. They were friendly and the advisor seemed to be genuine with the help I received. More

Convenient and Professional First time dropping my car off at the late night drop off for the first time. Got a text in the am (2 hours before my scheduled appointment) saying my car was getting a wash and was all complete!! Wow!! I will for sure be using this convenient option again!! I LOVED that I got up to date texts and emails on my car, and that I knew exactly what to pay and when to come in. I can’t tell you how hard it is to bring 2 kids to a dealership and know that my car was 100% completed and there was zero wait! He made the experience hassle-free which made my 2-hour drive to purchase the vehicle (because they had the color I wanted) the absolute right choice. The day was excellent and trust me, I'm not one to say that unless it was. I can actually say it was fun and pleasant, especially since I am absolutely satisfied with the deal. There was no back and forth with the mysterious office manager, no undercoating drama (remember Fargo), and financing went fine (of course you gotta live through the warranty offerings but you're going to get that everywhere). Quick in and out for us who dread car buying I am a working professional whose job is to travel usually Sunday through Friday and leaving me with little to no time for anything other than resti I am a working professional whose job is to travel usually Sunday through Friday and leaving me with little to no time for anything other than resting. My lease on my current Honda was coming up and I decided to reach out over the phone to Honda of Fort Myers (where I lease my previous vehicle). I was right away assisted by Mike in the sales department and I told him my situation. He totally understood and then asked for one was that I was looking for. I had been looking at the online inventory for a few days already and finally made a decision on the vehicle I wanted to trade my current one for. Mike took it upon himself and followed up the day after we spoke (I called in very late at night almost at closing time) and he gave me options for lease terms, vehicle trims available, etc. After a very simple negotiating process we made an appointment for me to come in on Saturday and I was out with my new car in less than two hours. I certainly appreciate everyone Who was involved in making the transaction so easy for me. I didn’t feel any sales pressure neither during the sales process or the financing process for addons (which in my experience is rare). This is the fourth vehicle my family has purchased from Honda of Fort Myers, and personally this is my second vehicle I purchased from them. I’m looking for many more in the future. Thank you again!
