I had called the day before to make sure that my 2005 Lexus E330 would be eligible for the price of $35.95 on the coupon. After the person on the phone checked that the correct filter would be included, I scheduled the appointment. When I gave the service writer the coupon, I mentioned that 10W30 was what the owners manual recommended. I was informed that the coupon price was for 0-20(?) and 10W30 would be much more. I agreed to go with the 0-20, but felt like I had been subjected to a bait and switch. The service was performed promptly and I received a car wash. I hope the oil that was put in my car will not perform as well as that I was expecting. More

Several days ago I took the Honda in for the first of them. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and efficient. The waiting room was very comfortable and included free coffee, tea, bagels and popcorn. The process is very streamlined and I was out of the shop in less than 45 minutes. Text messages throughout the process kept me informed as to the progress of the service cycle. The service also included a complimentary exterior wash. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. More
