I was made aware of the need for a coolant exchange on a prior visit and came back Coolant exchange was at least $20 overpriced. The service was good. It’s confusing because sometimes maintenance/my maintenance advisor report that I need $700 of work done, but I’ll go back and get one thing done (costing $181 in this case) and they’ll say they did an inspection and everything checked out fine. It makes me wonder if I really need that extra work or not. More
