Overpriced services They wanted to charge me nearly $400 to change spark plugs... the plugs are less than $30 for all four and take 15 minutes to change. What a joke. Recall repair. We were 20 minutes early for our appt. We sat for 4 hours for an hour and a half job. Nobody talked to us until I flagged someone down. After that it took an hour and a half. Our vehicle had just been forgotten. He offered us free oil change and tire rotation. Called Travis Hines, manager, the next day. He said they would give us a free oil change. Asked about another problem. He said he would call back but never did. Completely unacceptable!! More
