Overall OK Was called to take my truck in for a recall inspection of the fuel pump. Started a little rocky when service greeter. All ended well, fuel pump checked, took about 1 1/2hours, but was OK and we were on our way. More

excellent service! needed a new transmission. they arranged for a Lyft driver to pick me up at my residence and took me to the Enterprise rent a car. was given a nice ca needed a new transmission. they arranged for a Lyft driver to pick me up at my residence and took me to the Enterprise rent a car. was given a nice car to use while they replaced the transmission. got my car back in 3 days. ALL at no charge since it was under warranty. Honda of Fort Myers really took care of me while my car was being worked on! Wished it was not so. I contacted the service center the day before as my vehicle was being towed for a loaner and to inform. Reason: the shift gear button crumbled right I contacted the service center the day before as my vehicle was being towed for a loaner and to inform. Reason: the shift gear button crumbled right off. I was at a store parking lot and was getting late and dark! Not a good experience for this to happen and why? Ed explained that they close at 6 PM and it would be late for a loaner but promised me, my vehicle will be ready by 8 AM the next day so I can return to work. After waiting 2hours, the tow truck driver showed me a trick on how to change gears and be able to drive. According to him this was the fifth CRV gear button that crumbled within 2 weeks. I sure hope Honda fixes this unpleasant frightening situation! Arrived the next day at 6:30 AM and Ed took care of me and out by 8:00 AM. Thank you! More
