There was confusion about the vehicle advertised in auto trader versus what the dealership had so he went the extra mile on getting another car from a nearby dealership to satisfy my wishes. He also gave me a loaner car to use in the meantime so I can become accustomed to the car. Also, when the car was delivered to the dealership at fort myers he had the detailing group redo the work they did to make sure the car was immaculate. The finance manager was also very helpful in discussing the extra warranty options and recommending what package was best for us based off of our needs. More
