Respectful, thorough and informative. My engine indicator lights for an oil change and tire rotation came on unexpectedly as I was driving and when I pulled in Lester accommodated me and g My engine indicator lights for an oil change and tire rotation came on unexpectedly as I was driving and when I pulled in Lester accommodated me and got in right away. I was very appreciative of that. Lester took over in the absence of Jamie and was extremely professional. He apologized that Jamie was unavailable and did all he could for me. My vehicle had just been serviced a few days earlier for an unrelated issue and they didn’t realize that my car was on the brink of needing an oil change and tire rotation and for that Lester kindly adjusted my final total for the inconvenience of having to return so soon. That was extremely helpful and courteous of him. This kind of service encourages me want to return for service and purchase future vehicles from Honda. More
Buying experience I bought my car in April 2018 . Everyone was great however I was there all day and when I was done I was told only one key for my car which was disapp I bought my car in April 2018 . Not quite sure how I feel. I recommend caution. I have called a few times since I left with my new CRV, and have not received a call back from Ryan. Looks like I was overcharged. We bought an expensive "extras" package and need the work done ASAP so the car can go to NY. Now I don't know who to contact! Today I will call the Service Dept. They may have the answer. Meanwhile, I can't grade this Dealership- I don't know yet how I feel about my service. More
