When I entered the dealership, I was connected to Julian. I told him what I wanted (options in the vehicle). The process was very smooth and without haggling. What I did not expect, which was actually humorous (and still is), was that the CR-V I purchased, followed me in on the semi that brought it. I have driven a Honda off the showroom floor years ago, but this time I was taking it off the truck! My experience was great. I was able to get the CR-V I wanted, at the right price, and ASAP.
