Poor customer service Justin had no follow through and failed to keep me informed of the progress of my vehicle. He had no sense of urgency and after 1 1/2 hours I went to Justin had no follow through and failed to keep me informed of the progress of my vehicle. When I paid I was overcharged on bill and Travis forgot to do one item (install the first ont license plate bracket) as discussed several times upon arrival. This caused another 30 minutes wait!
