How much? Let’s face it, dealerships are not known for low cost repairs and this was no different. What dragged this down for me was having a tire rotation added to my service request, that I never requested and then had it not been for my reminding Ivan the I knew that when I purchased four tires from Honda (it’s right there on your computer) I was not going to be charged for the service for the life of the tires??? Little thing, but if I’m gonna pay dealership service prices, I expect to have Honda expertise and not to have added costs placed on my bill...you can see I choose you for my service (despite being told by others not to) so it would make me feel valued as a loyal customer, if you would take time to listen to what service I ask for and follow through with any of the extended services you’ve promised.
