However, was disappointed that the Service Manager did not return my call even though I have been a customer there for over 7 years and purchased three cars in that time. While there I saw something that I thought could or would cause liability issues for the dealership, so as a courtesy I called the Service Manager to make him aware of the issue so he could deal with it as he saw appropriate. I was assured that not only would he be made aware of my call via e-mail but that a note would be placed on his desk. Guess it's not important to them so I'm certainly not going to worry about it. But I was recently there this week and I verify that they charge you $1 every time I had a very good service experience very friendly speedy service. But I was recently there this week and I verify that they charge you $1 every time you come in for washer fluid and I thought they weren't filling it up once before but this week I verified it because less than 2 days ago I was there and I'm alredy out a washer fluid. So to be charged even a dollar automatically without being able to tell if they've given you washer fluid or for that matter just a taught me up for a dollar is completely unreasonable. I believe they should make kind of a checklist on some of these items you would want done or would like tock out for that you can give to the service agent before they start servicing your vehicle. I was only there for an oil change. More
