Very pleased! Lester was great! He gave me the option to fedex the part. Even thou the wrong part was ordered and the next day the parts truck got into and accident Lester was great! When all was complete he let me know that afuul service check was not done. He got it done before I picked up the car. He explained what service he thought were important and because my car is 13 years old what services I could hold off on. His honesty was greatly appreciated. More

Service Advisors who really CARE about taking care of you! Ivan and Justin get a great Shout out for going beyond just checking on your car in and handing it to a mechanic. We were in for insurance service wh Ivan and Justin get a great Shout out for going beyond just checking on your car in and handing it to a mechanic. We were in for insurance service when our turn and flasher signals failed. As we had recently done wiring for the trailer hitch (at a non-honda dealer) they could have just pushed the problem off to " the other guy ". they suggested that a good thing to do would be to have their service tech do a quick check of the issue ..... for which we would incur a small cost... to mke sure that this problem didn't overload/burn out the Honda electrical wiring. If you want to find a service advisor who cares about you ask for Ivan or Justin. More
